Practical experience of more than 40 years in distinct fields such as manufacturing organization, education, & NGO. Worked for more than 35 years in manufacturing organization. Core activity was Human Resource Management & Human Resource Development. Additional activities included Administration & Quality Management. Elevated to the position of CEO. Teaching experience at primary school as well at post graduation level in HRM & HRD for about 20 years Social service experience for about two years in Rehabilitation of Leprosy patients & Tribal Welfare Presently interested in Mentoring Specialties: Homan Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Mentoring
