I’m passionate about teaching supervisors to lead with confidence and skill. I have the unique ability to see capacity and draw out potential. By removing workplace and career blocks, my process creates a space for supervisors and managers to shine. As the founder of Shift Management, it’s my job to help small and mid-sized businesses invest in a diverse teams of rockstar plant managers, supervisors, and VPs on the factory floor.
