This document provides instructions for building a DPDK-powered cloud using OpenDaylight:
1. Create a virtual environment using QEMU-KVM and select OpenDaylight as the Neutron backend.
2. Add compute and controller nodes to the deployment.
3. Configure networks and select KVM as the hypervisor. Use the OpenDaylight ML2 V2 driver and configure controller and compute node interfaces, enabling DPDK on the compute node.
4. Allocate resources and deploy changes. Verify connectivity before proceeding.
5. Login to nodes and benchmark the deployed cloud using Rally tasks to test network creation and deletion.
