With over 15 years experience in IT I work as an independent Agile consultant, while also teaching Agile methodologies at Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology as a part-time associate professor.
Besides as a programmer I worked as a project manager having 7 people under me, when I first came into contact with Agile methodologies. Since then, I started adopting and practcing Agile development especially XP and Scrum in my organization. After few years of struggle, I quit that company to be more available. The situation continues up to today.
