KICK-OFF–1Month Initialconfigurationandtraining INITIAL DATA SET-UP • Configuring the initial details like – site details, employee details, activity details etc. • Adding drill consumables/accessory details • Other settings like unit, currency etc. • Adding users of the system and their access levels and privileges. TRAINING • Training will be provided to all the users of the system about roles and permissions and system usage. • Admin will be explained how they can add new configuration details and edit the existing details. And also how they can view the projects, reports and analytics of different sites. • Managers will be trained how they can create and manage projects, fill information and generate reports. • Drillers/Operators will be trained how to fill information and generate relevant reports. • All users will be provided with some videos and manuals which they can refer while using the system. USER ACCESS • We will provide login credentials to all users. • They will be able to use the system as per their access roles. • Initially for 1 month, all the users will only have the web access.. Only some superusers will be able to access the app.

CUSTOMIZATIONS Enhancements A single system cannot be ideal for every company/organization, so we have kept a period of filling the gaps between what the system provides currently and what are your expectations. This includes - CONFIGURING THE REPORTS • Configuring the exiting reports as per the organization look and feel and also the requirements like what data they want to show on those reports. • If you want to add 1-2 new reports into the system containing the data that system already collects, then that can also be done. NEW FUNCTIONALITIES/ENHANCEMENTS • If you want to add new requirements to the software then those can come as enhancements of existing software. • Cost of these enhancement will be extra. • The typical small enhancement may cost between $2000 - $4000. • Standard development costs for that are $100 per day.
