I received my P.hD. from Queen's University and my BSc from the University of British Columbia, both in Computer Science. My research interests are within broad areas of software engineering, performance engineering, software log analysis, and data mining; with a special focus on using program analysis and data mining techniques to improve system performance and quality. Many of my research tools are adopted in practice, and the related papers are published in top software engineering research conferences and journals.
