I am the CEO of Upskill People, the forward-thinking online learning company that helps people shine. The enduring principle behind the company is that if businesses are going to pay good money to upskill their people, the outcomes should be measurable, and that, “If you can measure it, you can improve it”. More than a manager, I am a natural mentor, with endless reserves of energy and enthusiasm. My key role is understanding, innovating and delivering impactful ways of doing things. I also use my experience to get creative as a non-executive director helping other organisations do things better.
