I began my professional career at CB Richard Ellis marketing high-rise New York City office buildings for re-development in the Midtown Manhattan Investment Properties Institutional Group. I was recruited to join the team at Metropolis Development Company as the Director of Acquisitions in Washington, DC. While at Metropolis, I sourced, analyzed and negotiated the acquisition of three privately-owned District of Columbia sites to support the development of 500,000 SF of mixed-use condominium, multi-family and retail product.
