Manages, develops and enhances NFA's website (www.nfa.futures.org). Oversees external web and communication responsibilities of the Communications Services Coordinator. Provides communications support and liaisons with all NFA departments; and interacts with NFA Members, industry contacts, outside vendors and the public. Supports internal communications initiatives including the enhancement of NFA's intranet. Works with state and local consumer protection agencies to identify opportunities to communicate NFA's investor protection message. Designs and develops online learning programs for NFA arbitrators utilizing multimedia authoring tools.
