My roles have totally changed.....Partly recruitment, partly involve in training the trainers in various project planning concepts and project planning software's. I involve myself in conducting various new events and programs in order to bring up the sales and also market the organization to the next level. I have no words to speak about my goals....when my task for the day is over i run for the next task. so my goals differ from year to year as and when i achieve it...... As of now " Work Under Progress".
