district manager in a pharmaceutical company..with experience in many pharmaceutical fields in both multinational & local work environment .. my responsibility is to Manage and develop the Medical Representatives to ensure their competencies, behavior and performance are in line with company requirements. - Provide on-the-job training & coaching to MRs to ensure they have a good understanding of their territories, customers, marketing tactics and product knowledge, and, achieve a high level of performance. Plan and coordinate the efforts of MRs toward the consistent achievement of business goals & KPIs.
