- 4. •Each delivery of sprint is working software •Scrum master (manages the Scrum Team, identifies time for each user story, breaks into smaller user stories) •Daily scrum master meets scrum team and checks what the progress and difficulties and prepare Burn down graph i.e. progress graph of each sprint •Product owner and scrum master prepares Burn down chart gives information when project be completed, putting extra hours when we can completed •During the daily scrum, each team member answers three questions: 1. What did I do yesterday that helped the development team meet the sprint goal? 2. What will I do today to help the development team meet the sprint goal? 3. Do I see any impediment that prevents me or the development team from meeting the sprint goal?
