I believe that every professional programmer should use such practices as TDD, Unit testing, Time management to increase quality of his development. I think, that developers should be bussiness oriented, with good analytics and communication skills. Also they should use and create new best practices, be oriented on code and product quality. I'm try to do all this things to become a professinal.
