I cover Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma for Midwest Housing Equity Group, a nonprofit tax credit syndicator that raises equity for affordable housing. I work with investors that purchase tax credits that provide equity for housing and with developers, housing agencies and other stakeholders to assist in bringing affordable housing to their community. I teach CPE courses related to IRC Section 42 as well as courses designed for banks relating to the Community Reinvestment Act.
