I am in charge of the Group People and HR Strategy process at Norway's leading bank, DnB NOR. I support the development and implementation of People Policies in the area of employee and union relations, HES, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration. Previously I worked 12 years as a strategy consultant for large corporations, and I have also managerial experience from the pharmaceutical and automotive industry.
