About
I am a teaching research pioneer in the field of eLearning. I do classroom-based research and design and develop new teaching tools and methodologies. My current research focus is on leveraging technology to develop engaging and sustainable formative learning activities. My team recently wrapped up a pilot project trialing two new Moodle plugins I have developed which enhance online discussions: a new type of forum which automates participation ratings, and a learning analytic which provides quantitative and qualitative feedback on student interactions.
