Business Philosophy My Business Philosophy and Style. . .I believe the  customer experience is everything   and the power of scale and speed gets people excited, when they sense a compelling vision and personal upside.  I have a “ grow and excellence attitude.”  Maintain a positive attitude—”No Stinkin’ Thinkin’” I get my energy from the belief that,  winning begets winning. I am frank, decisive, have an open door (and mentality approach) and do not believe in politics.  Everyone matters.  Everyone contributes, with their Point of View Furthermore, I believe in the importance of communication to all key stakeholders on a daily basis. Always communicate effectively with my direct Supervisor Loyalty to the Brand and my Supervisor is paramount My personal report card comes from Maximizing Profitability through high-performance people What gets measured gets done.
Learning… Be wise enough to know when to learn, when to teach, when to act, when to follow and when to lead. Leaders never ask others to do what they themselves would never do. Do not be afraid to fail; mistakes are the best teachers. Never repeat the same mistake.
