About
Teresa Chahine’s career in psychiatry evolved over the past 25 years from being part of a small team of nurses in a walk in emergency setting. She proceeded to become part of the psychiatric consult service at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital promoting mental health of individuals and families who are experiencing physical illness (es) and or injury. By addressing the biopsychosocial aspects of care, patient outcomes have improved along with a decrease in length of stay. Teresa treats a broad age range from late adolescence through adulthood.
