About Eric CL Gan
Managing Director (Conpex International Consortium)
Architect Eric CL Gan is also the director of Conpex Solutions Sdn Bhd and Teo A. Khing
Design Consultants Sdn Bhd (TAK Group). He is a member of FIABCI, the International
Real Estate Federation and was a National Council member [2000-2010] of FIABCI
Malaysian Chapter.
An industry veteran with 30 years experience, Eric had worked for leading corporations in
Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. He specializes in business process mapping, project
management, construction management, quality management and had undertaken
numerous multi-million dollar property development projects in Singapore, Malaysia,
Vietnam and Africa.
Currently Eric is also a Certified Construction Project Manager and accredited trainer
with the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia, and Quality
Management Consultant to key property development companies in Malaysia. He was
appointed as Special International Investment Consultant/Advisor to the Board
Chairman of a township development company in Vietnam and Special Advisor, Real
Estate and Property Investments of a venture board consultancy firm based in Canada and
Singapore.

He graduated at the Architectural Association under Prof. Peter COOK and the late Ron HERRON both of Archigram fame and the late Prof. Dr. Gordon PASK. Huat traveled to Nimes to work on La Mediateque de Nimes and then lived in Lyons to work for Francoise Jourda et Gilles Perraudin Associes before returning briefly to Paris and then London.
