Before I started my professional career in consulting I had been studying business economy. After more than 20 years I now find myself engaged in the field of operational excellence (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management). I have been working for numerous customers, giving insight in, improving and optimizing their business processes. In my capacity of OPEX/BPM thought leader within Capgemini, I frequently provide trainings and guest lectures. Besides I publish on a regular basis.
