Paul is a business futurist and strategy development consultant. While at IBM, he was involved in the early stages of development of the National Technological University. At IBM's request, he advised NTU on the creation of a professional development program for technical professionals, and he created the first 40 hours of programming for NTU in professional development. Over the years he has developed many seminars and workshops for NTU. The largest of these was entitled "Leadership in the Interactive Age", eight two-hour programs with interviews of 66 leaders and experts in the field of leadership.
