I have a dual career. I'm an Executive Coach/Professional Development trainer, but also work as Head of Business Development for Jisc Digital Resources. My latter role gives me an invaluable perspective on the issues facing today’s organisations and people, as I lead on major change management initiatives, product management and strategy development, and business development.
