Shri Kishor Chandra Satpathy (1972) did his Post Graduation from Panjab University, Chandigarh; PGDLAN from the University of Hyderabad & PhD from Assam (Central) University, Silchar. He has undergone several advance training programmes in IT, information management & related fields under SAARC & UNESCO fellowships. He has, to date to his credit, over fourteen years of professional experience including teaching & research experience of several national level organization of the country.
