Each robot is controlled and monitored by an internal software (aiSync) on the cloud. - 8. Offline Optimisation Before manufacturing starts, 3D printing process is simulated for predicting material behaviour, structural and geometrical constraints. As opposed to having a fixed set printing parameters (robot speed, motors speed, temperature, etc.), a unique set of parameters are created for each point in space for increased performance. Online Optimisation After the manufacturing starts, a feedback loop is created between the physical and digital models. 3D printing robots stream sensor and image data and make decisions on the fly to compensate for unpredictable conditions such as material shrinkage.
