Challenge #1: The EM âą EM 12c is not ODA-aware â ODA is just a cluster of 2 servers to EM 12c â no EM 12c plugin for ODA (yet) â EM 12c canât make calls to âoakcliâ â EM 12c does not provide snap-clone feature for PDBs on ACFS (even with Cloud MP) â Rumors from #DOAG 2014! âą How do we implement self-service functionality? âą Can we find an alternative to EM 12c?

Prepare the DEV Gold image â Purging and cleanup â Data masking â Open it as read only â Remove PRODSNAP 6. Users can clone their environments from the DEV Gold using MSSP. Frequent refreshing of DEVGOLD will exhaust space quickly. Use dedicated volume for each clone.

Create the DEVGOLD â DBMS_PDB.RECOVER â Plugin the PDB with nocopy â Purging and cleanup â Data masking â Open it as read only 6. Users can clone their environments from the DEVGOLD â Does it work âcreate pluggable ⊠snapshot copyâ? â Works with manual snapshots Frequent refreshing of DEVGOLD is possible!
