Martin is an experienced and accomplished delivery leader, with a passion for continuous improvement and laser focus on tuning delivery groups, systems & processes to find and maximise customer value output. He has led local, European and global delivery teams in team, PM, PMO, Programme and Portfolio leadership roles, consistently driving improvement through structured problemsolving. Martin has successfully managed delivery and multi-million $ commercials for geographically distributed teams of teams, and portfolios of 20 simultaneous projects, and is comfortable in traditional, Lean and Disciplined Agile methodologies.
