About

Works in-ratio 50% of the time providing breaks for assigned staff, modeling appropriate behavior, and providing program oversight and accountability during all hours of program operation. Assists Director with requests for recruitments utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions. Supervises and evaluates employees based on established performance standards as required. Ensures timely submission of personnel actions. Acts as Director in Director's absence up to 20% of the time.
