Waterfall, Agile, and Lean Waterfall (1984) - Sequential method of delivery; - Originated in construction and manufacturing where changes are costly; - Change management is required; - Immediate impact on budget and resourcing; - Predictability is key; - Heaviweight method, long feedback loop.
