My work in last 10 years as a seamless person bridge between education and industries. My believe that if we increase output education / grade, the people will be the foundation for the industries, and this positioning will increase the strength of the company in those industries. Which we know, in Indonesia, people love to get a ready to use people in "hire-hijack" model rather grow to use model. My believe also if we make a consortium that adopt this model, we will have a stronger platform and will creaet a better economy for all of people inside the ring, also will increase the culture if all the members inside the ring in the proactive vision, the initiative called Meruvian.
