For me education is a creative act, a subversive decision and a labour of love.
Education must vest individuals with the tools they need to be better, aspire blindly and, above all, not believe for a second anything told to them by others.
My approach to educational leadership can be summed up as bringing perspective where it is needed, changing contexts to help innovation happen and thinking for myself when everything is 'perfect', yet actually needs to change.
Enjoying working at the prestigious ESF Island School in Hong Kong. Proud to be a Vice Principal there, serving students and teachers and enabling them to achieve.
