"We are iterating solutions as well as understanding of the problem" I have worked more than 10 years in Experience Design / 6y as Team Leader (Human Centered Design, UX strategy and Service design) - working closely with customers, executives, project managers, designers, engineering and other stakeholders. Strong experience in Service Design / Design Thinking and Project management - planning and facilitating Design Research (qual and quant), running Workshops, benchmarking, mapping and defining Customer Journeys, generating big-picture ideas, prototyping and working to improve Customer Experience and to support Innovation/Digital Transformation initiatives.
