After cutting my teeth in both operations and merchandising for Hechinger Stores Company a major home improvement retailer in the US, I have spent the last sixteen years working in web-enabled services. Most recently that has been the Managed Services/Cloud computing world. Earlier it was community connection and marketing platforms, as well as extending logistics services into the web, and a retail focused ASP.
