I am an enthusiastic, versatile expert in ICT and law. I prepare and lead multidisciplinary research projects aiming at enabling business, helping people, and making the world a better place. ICT for development (ICT4D) complying with high ethical standards as well as legal and societal issues related to the Internet and information technology are close to my heart.
