In professional terms, I specialise in understanding and developing leadership meta-skills and capabilities. Key areas include: leadership team development, leading change, handling organizational politics, rhetoric and performance, and the use of organizational theatre, irony and arts-based forms of serious play. In my private life, I draw on all of these to handle four children, compete on the tennis court, and justify an obsession with film and theatre.
