• ICT effect was one of the major causes of changing the ex-government 
• Facebook, YouTube role as mean of communication amongst people 
• Played a great role gathering demonstrators 
• Disseminate contents, e.g., Al-karama Friday massacre, to the public.
ICT hoped Role 
• Play a constructive role 
• The limited resources in Yemen, makes extra emphasis on the introduction of ICT 
• For developed countries, ICT is essential part of daily life 
• Give people the confidence to look for jobs locally or internationally. 
• To help the troubled country in term of 
• More job opportunities for people (locally or globally) 
• Improve their income 
• Improve the economy status in general

Suggestions 
• Taking basic steps toward integrating ICT into people life 
• Providing technical programs and courses for the sake of introduction of ICT into life 
• Eradicating illiteracy, will assist employment status 
• No need to Reinvent the wheel, 
• Learning from Saudi Arabia and UIA experiences
why ICT? 
• ICT is yemen is not really utilized . 
• Numerous graduates who lacks ICT skills are left out without jobs due to the 
type of their certificates. 
• Unempolyment rate is attributed to many reasons; 
• illiteracy is major factor 
• Barely non-existing educational institutes that provides citizens with the right 
education
Discussion 
• Corruption fighting is be eliminated in the same manner the ex-dictatorship was ousted. 
• Literacy is great factor in encouraging people look for jobs and make them more 
succeptible to get hired 
• Illiteracty impedes people from chances and from even trying to look for new jobs 
• The critical role played by ICT asssets during the last demonestation is expected to be 
be part in the p
Conclusion 
• Yemeni unemployment problem could be eradicated by the introduction of ICT. 
• ICT culturing is expected to resuscitate people chances of getting jobs and make them 
more competitive 
• ICT culture is expected to enhance people’s employment chances and affect the 
economy in general 
• Introducing ICT technology to all educational institute, public schools, private schools, 
etc. this introduction is supposed to be the first step toward real solution to the problem
Future work 
• A thorough investigation on ways countries like Korea used to be amongst the top 
countries in the world. 
• Conducting surveys on proposed solutions to the current problems especially those 
related to the soft skill part.

Conclusion • Yemeni unemployment problem could be eradicated by the introduction of ICT. • ICT culturing is expected to resuscitate people chances of getting jobs and make them more competitive • ICT culture is expected to enhance people’s employment chances and affect the economy in general • Introducing ICT technology to all educational institute, public schools, private schools, etc. this introduction is supposed to be the first step toward real solution to the problem
