Early career as an innovation and marketing consultant for various WPP and Omnicom companies. Set up STL Partners (www.stlpartners.com) in 2003. Co-founded the 'Telco 2.0 Initiative' in 2006 to catalyse change in the Telecoms-Media-Tech sector, focusing on new business models. Goals are to help telecoms deliver far greater value to the digital economy. Member of the World Economic Forum's Global ICT Agenda Council since 2011.
