WHAT IS STRESS ?
Stress can be defined as a state of worry or
mental tension caused by a difficult situation.
Stress is a natural human response that prompts
us to address challenges and threats in our lives.
Robbins Definition of Stress :
A condition in which an individual is confronted
with an opportunity , constraint or Demand
related to what he or she desires and for which
the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain
and important .
