CAES SERVICE DELIVERY joining personality with performance Our Services Can Be Delivered at Your Office Offsite in Your Region On-line via Computer Link In person service delivery is generally preferred But we can reduce costs for our distant and international clients via our on-line delivery system: • if required, we can offer service time flexibility, outside regular business hours • we can accommodate from 1 to 24 participants in an on-line session • participants can be in multiple locations, in different time zones • system allows for visual presentations, document sharing, and voice and webcam connection between all participants • enables simultaneous multi-stakeholder client interaction • can be used to facilitate one-on-one interaction, small group workshops, and general learning presentations If appropriate, service delivery can be a “hybrid” of both in person and on-line
