Ashley Patel FCA, CPA, CIMA, Graduate in commerce (Consultant- funding) Mr. Ashley Patel is a member of the Institute of England and Wales University since 1982. For over 25 years, his experience has ranged from investment banking to operational and business consulting. During this period, he had worked at numerous positions as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Director and Corporate Controller with Lehman Brothers, S&R International, and KPMG etc. mainly in U.S., U.K., Europe and India. His background includes considerable expertise in private equity and venture capital transactions, management buy-outs and M&A. In addition, Ashley has extensive experience in

During his professional experience, he was actively involved in funding, setting up an IPO and AIM listing for various UK, Europe, India & USA based mining, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, telecom and other corporate entities. His experience includes closely monitoring of finance, accounting, funding and other regulatory environment of India. He has also involved in conversion of IGAAP to IFRS financial statements. Further, he has continuously supervised the management of treasury and hedge (including forex, options, futures, money market etc.) related transactions of the Company. Aman Sehgal Chartered Accountant, Graduate in commerce (Consultant- Finance, accounting and taxation) Mr. Aman Sehgal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1999. For over 10 years, his experience has ranged from handling finance, audit and accounts of various companies to operational and business consulting. During this period, he had worked with KPMG, Merrill Lynch etc. He has worked with professionally managed corporate firms and having a professional experience of handling various Indian as well as multi-national corporate like Oil & Gas, Airlines, Banking, Power generation & distribution, Housing finance, Manpower outsourcing, Auto-mobile, Software, Service, Hotels, Textile, etc. He has also been trained in due-diligence, private equity, valuation of enterprise and venture capital industry. Vaibhav Jain Chartered Accountant, Graduate in commerce (Consultant- Finance, accounting and taxation) Vaibhav is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2004. For over 5 years, Mr. Jain’s experience has ranged from handling finance, audit and accounts of various companies to operational and business consulting. For over 20 years, Mr. Jain’s experience has ranged from handling finance, audit and accounts of various companies to operational and business consulting. During this period, he had worked at numerous positions as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Department (Audit) and Financial Controller with Nagode Industries Ltd, Dana Group, and Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. etc. mainly in India and abroad. His background includes considerable expertise in control of accounts and finance department, set-up of internal controls, investment analysis and critical analysis of controlling and operating professional service/ businesses.
