IMPLEMENTASI ICD-10 • WHO dalam sidang World Health Assembly ke-43 telah menetapkan ICD-10 sebagai pedoman klasifikasi internasional tentang penyakit edisi terbaru yang harus dipakai oleh seluruh negara anggotanya. • Di Indonesia telah ditetapkan berlakunya ICD-10 untuk pedoman klasifikasi penyakit melalui Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 50/MENKES/SK/I/1998 tentang Pemberlakuan Klasifikasi Statistik Internasional Mengenai Penyakit Revisi ke-Sepuluh tertanggal 13 Januari 1998.
