• Created project plan based upon priority of users, using the service desk to push the application out
remotely, documenting the failed pushes, working the failed pushes by virtually remoting into their
devices. The few that couldn’t be remoted into used the field service technicians to apply the
upgrade.
• Provided daily dashboard updates for the global executives to see at a high level the progress of the
project.
• SAP application upgrade success was vital to the client’s financial year end process. We achieved
100% completion a month early and were under budget by using the service desk to remote into the
client’s devices.
Project: Large Divestiture
Client selling large refinery in LA, CA, and multiple pipelines with terminals

• Worked with multiple towers’ Service Delivery Managers (SDM) to develop the budget, create the
project plan knowing the deadline date and working the timeline backwards upon start time and the
deliverables. Total project came in just under the $5 million
• Collaborated with client top executives from both BP U.S. district offices, coordinated meetings,
status updates, change requests, escalation point of contact. Worked with multiple vendors to get 50
techs on-boarded through Homeland Security background checks, drug testing, and refinery classes
in order to work inside the refineries
• Received many commendations and written kudos from the client for going the extra mile to complete
the project on time including personally jumping in to assist with the physically de-racking servers
and getting them off campus before deadline. This all led to a smooth transition to the buyer, which
saved the client over $200K in penalties if not completed on time

and working three shifts for a 72-hour time period alongside the team

This RFS was the purchase of a new 19-floor tower enlarging the client’s footprint and campus to include
a subsidiary business in close proximity to the parent business

into one centralized secure location for all users
• Worked closely with network engineers who analyzed, planned and modified network elements
supporting customer communication implementation activities

was able to see this cost savings of consolidating to one building after 2 years by the reduced cost of
