The MIDIH project aims to create a network of manufacturing digital innovation hubs across Europe to support SME adoption of IoT and CPS technologies through testing and experimentation. The network currently includes 3 pan-European and 2 regional digital innovation hubs, as well as 9 competence centers and 2 teaching factories. MIDIH will offer technological, business, and skills-building services to companies through its one-stop-shop marketplace and collaboration platform. This will provide an open ecosystem where providers and users can jointly innovate with access to technology, knowledge, funding opportunities, and an online catalog of solutions, best practices, and experimental facilities.

- 2. About the project The MIDIH "Manufacturing Industry Digital Innovation Hubs" project aims at realizing services to support the ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs. Grant agreement ID: 767498 Project website: http://midih.eu/ Start date End date 1 Oct 2017 30 Sept2020 Funded under: H2020-EU.2.1.1 Coordinated by: EIT DIGITAL A two-iteration Open Call will help achieve a critical mass of cross-border experiments. Experiments DIH Network MIDIH will create a Network of Manufacturing Digital Innovation Hubs in the area of IoT/CPS. The current network consists of 3 Pan European Digital Innovation Hubs, 2 Regional Digital Innovation Hubs, 9 Competence Centre and 2 Teaching Factories.

MIDIH approach to Industry 4.0 DIH Collaboration Platform Open Source Digital Platform Ecosystem of Competence Centers and Digital Innovation Hubs The multidisciplinary MIDIH network will be able to offering services (technological, business and skill building services) in order to support companies with piloting, testing and experimenting with digital innovation. A one-stop-shop for SMEs where multiple services will be offered with the aim to create a service-oriented, non-hierarchical collaboration and innovation ecosystem. Open Source components, Connected Factories outcomes and open APIs for brownfield integration supporting all the cross- border CPS/IOT experiments in the Industry 4.0 context.
