- 2. What is Teen Tech Week? TTW FAQ: Teen Tech Week is a national initiative sponsored by YALSA and is aimed at teens, their parents, educators and other concerned adults. - 3. Spring Companion to Teen Tech Week Teen Read Week™ is a national adolescent literacy initiative created by the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA).
