Abstract: This paper provides a scheme based on 3G / 4G wireless video
monitoring terminal communication technology for water resources monitoring, a brief
description of the application of wireless video communication terminal to monitoring
the real‐time information of water resources and checking video surveillance. Through
practical application, the ideal effect is obtained.

1. Background
Hydrological station is the basic site collection information of water resources, is
the foundation of hydrology. Hydrological station network continuously on the river,
