2014 CrossRef Annual Meeting Flash Update: CrossRef Metadata Search
CrossRef's metadata search tool was launched in beta in September 2012 and has grown to about 60,000 unique monthly users. It allows users to search bibliographic metadata, funding information, ORCID IDs, ISSNs and more. The tool is used by researchers, publishers, funding agencies and the public, and has linked over 28,000 ORCID profiles to over 283,000 distinct digital object identifiers.
