The study investigates the attitudes of commerce graduating students in Kerala towards entrepreneurship, highlighting the high unemployment rate and the need for positive entrepreneurial perceptions among youth. It utilizes a structured questionnaire with a sample of 200 students and employs various statistical analyses to assess attitudes, opportunity identification, and the influence of the college environment. The findings indicate a significant correlation between students' entrepreneurial attitudes and the identification of opportunities, emphasizing the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within educational institutions.
