This study investigates the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness of performance management systems (PMS) in healthcare organizations in Thanjavur, aiming to understand how culture influences employee cooperation and achievement of organizational objectives. Using a structured questionnaire and data analysis, the results indicate that a positive organizational culture enhances the effectiveness of PMS, with significant relationships found between organizational culture, work culture, and work values. The findings suggest that healthcare organizations should focus on cultivating a strong culture to achieve desired outcomes from their performance management systems.
