This study analyzes the syntactic errors in English made by Telugu-speaking learners, focusing on areas such as tense, agreement, and question formation. By employing frameworks like transformational grammar, the research identifies common deviations from standard English norms, attributing these mistakes to interference from the learners' mother tongue and misconceptions about English structures. It consists of four chapters detailing the theoretical background, methodology used, specific errors observed, and conclusions drawn from the findings.
