This document presents a study on the fabrication and mechanical properties of AA2024 alloy reinforced with boron carbide (B4C) nanoparticles using the ultrasonic cavitation method. The research demonstrates that the incorporation of B4C significantly enhances the tensile strength and yield strength of the aluminum matrix composites while maintaining ductility. Microstructural analysis confirms uniform dispersion of the nanoparticles, which contributes to the improved mechanical performance of the composites, particularly up to an optimal weight percentage of B4C.
