          work for 3 months; during the rest of the 9 months they would still be working with you
          and undergoing learning simultaneously. They can not quit during this period since
          their course credits are tied to the internship experience.

•   Decide on specialization ( HR & Sales-Marketing) for the selected employees
•   Have them take up the selection process
•   Provide a 3 month “away from work” or “Study break” to the selected employees
    to attend classroom coaching at XISS Ranchi. ( A shorter break can also be worked
    out based on your needs )
•   After the completion of the classroom coaching ( 3 months or less)period have
    them absorbed back to the organization and work and attend weekend learning
    sessions for the remaining course duration.
•   On completion of the course ( 1 year) ; have the employee certificates handed
    over and put them into same or different projects where their newly learnt skills
    and knowledge can be utilized most towards productive work results and revenue
    building.
Commercials Involved
The course fee of the course if Rs 2.25 Lakhs + Service Taxes at the rate of the
10.3% . In case you fund the course fee initially :
In case YOU fund the course ; You can tie it up with a bond with the
employee for monthly deduction from salary after course completion and
complete deduction in case of early separation.



•   Seat Blocking : Rs. 25000 + 10.3% - After Selection
•   First Installment : Rs 75,000 + 10.3% - Before Course Start
•   Second Installment : Rs 75,000 + 10.3% - At the end of 3rd month
